What happened? Description:

Despite the fact that I suspected but I still went ahead to let myself get scammed.

We initially agreed 3 Items (Dark Artistry Cape, Axia of the Metira, Vigil Triumph) for SGD$600.
Hesitated for awhile and wanted to back out the deal, but he kept using the `CASH` as a way to keep me tempted.
Did a little math and found that out that I could purchase what I sold him and get it back from the community market with a profit of SGD$70.

Due to my reluctance, he changed the deal to 2 part.
1. Dark Artistry Cape for SGD$350
2. Axia of the Metira(Mirana), Vigil Triumph(Sven) for $250

However, I offered to hand him the Vigil Triumph and he will have to make full $250 payment before sending him the Axia of the Metira.
He UNDERSTOOD and sent the trade request. Upon accepting, he twisted his word and said he MISUNDERSTOOD me. Had a little argument with him requesting for my item back or he make payment for it but to no avail.

He even attached an image of sending the $250 via Paypal with my name on it, with just a confirmation.

I gave in to it and send him trade request on the Axia of the Metira, which then he told me to WAIT A FEW MIN. It soon became almost an hour which I checked with him again to realize that I got blocked and the item is no longer in his inventory.

So apparently, i noticed the item was gone from your inventory and i went to play arond with paypal a little while waiting for your reply. I tried sending money to a newly created email and apparently i received an email about it
but I didnt receive an email regarding your payment

First and foremost,
I am not blaming SteamRep or anybody, everything is like my description on the first line of my report. The below is just a suggestion:
I noticed there was a similar report dated back during this year, May 4th 2018, I honestly wish it was shown on his SteamRep profile such as "1 Archived Report" and not only "Unconfirmed Report" or "Banned by SR".
I went to his profile on SteamRep before any item was sent to see it was all clean, even though he had banned friends(Since COMMUNITY ADMIN & MIDDLE MAN) both had it as well right?
If only I knew by "SEARCH STEAMREP FORUM" would reveal his Archived Report, it would had been one less report.

I mean, that was why there's investigation to distinguish whether the report is POSITIVE, NEGATIVE or INSUFFICIENT DETAILS. Maybe the last is the same as archived but all is good.

Now I learn something new, but all is good. At least it's a lesson learnt and it was half of what's the aim of his.

Apart from all the hola above, I think this is what you're asking for according to my understanding.. Took me quite a bit to look for the "Upload a file"
