@exitiosius You can't just report a profile or user cause of them looking fake... Your friend linked you to it how? Did they say they accidently reported you or something? Seems your friend started a scam attempt - that is who you should be reporting.
Do you have screenshots of the chat or anything?

perfect - that is how you should have started off the report - you report the Poison user and that screenshot along with the others...then just reference the Gov user here in the report in another reply. You basically did it backwards and causes issues investigating.
Always report the user you were FIRST in contact with.
How long have you known this Poison friend? Do you have other means of contacting them?

Try to contact them see if situation has changed any before I conclude this report.

In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accuseds profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
