Victim profile: 76561198155231133

What happened? Description:

A user on steam messaged me saying that my account was pending for a steam ban, then followed to send me a link to the accused profile and told me to add the accused profile. I add him, he then proceeds to say,
"Good day steam user!"
"So you have noticed your pending report?"
in which I say reply "Yes, someone on my friends list notified that I have a pending report."
One thing leads to another and he ends up sending me a trade link and says to give the items to the link for inspection. It as it this point that I realize that this is a scam, which leads me here reporting him.​

From Rocket Leauge: I have earned most of my items, and have made some trades with people. From TF2: A user on steam known as CayLink gave me a fair share of my current items, this was because he is my older brother, To what I can remember he gave me my Shell Shocker, Strange Specialized Kill Streak Festive Black Box, Aqua Marine Rocket Launcher, Strange Killstreak Silver Botkiller Rocket Launcher Mk.II, Strange Specialized Killstreak Blood Botkiller Rocket Launcher Mk.I and a few refined metal with some keys, I recieved from the steam user

If you want to make things complicated, Sorry but I have to ban your account as soon as possible. It is to ensure that you will no longer deceive other traders by trading a duped item. I have known Edward for about 1 year and 2 and a half months
I have also heard some reports after I submitted this report that his account has been HiJacked.
