What happened? Description:

So recently I was bitten by a scam. A fake tf2 gambling site. The scam goes by this. 1)A random person adds you claiming their either a mod or owner of a gambling site. 2)They state that if you promote the site, you'd get a weekly payment of tf2 items as in winnings on the site. 3)They link you to the website and rig a game for a "random" person you choose. 5)And finally rigs a game for you, thinking that you actually won expensive items.

So this person friended me a few days ago and claimed to be a moderator on a gambling site https://tf2bowl.com/ and said if I helped promote the site, I'd get a weekly payment of one gambling game win. When she claimed that, I knew it was fishy, but when she told me to go the the site, she said choose a player to win. I chose a played named Bronx, she then made that play win the game. After that I did loosen up a little too much where I actually fell and believed it. I checked steamrep and she was clean, but then I made the grave mistake of depositing my Strange Nuts n Bolts Punks Pomp. She rigged the win for me and I won about 500$ of items. But then I really loosened too much and I added my Unuusual Purple Energy Connoisseurs Cap, 11 keys and a hand full of stranges. When she rigged another win for me, I was hooked, I believed that this site was real and she was a real moderator. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, she told me I need to verification to withdraw. I needed to win a few more games before I actually get a verification to withdraw. When she told me that I felt that this was a scam again, but it was too late. I have deposited at least 150$ worth of items into a fake bot. I later did some research and discovered another person who was but by another guy. He was scammed on another site called TF2Dragon, which had the same UI as tf2bowl. So I currently haven't unfriended this person yet because Im willing to see how far this person gets before unfriending me and blocking me. So if anyone gets a friend request just this person, unfriend them, block and report them for item fraud.​

The items that I sent the items to currently does not obtain it no more. What I think is that the "bot" sent the items to another account storing all the scammed goods. The account I sent the items to is named DEPOSIT ITEMS 8.
