    What happened? Description:
    Hello,
    i don't even feel like describing what this is .. i wanted 1 arcana and i wanted to pay through webmoney
    at first i paid 20.5 and then he told me if i paid 19.5 more i will get two and i just tried my luck and got scammed. i don't even care about the money it's just 40 bucks xD what a pathetic creature.
    already reported him on webmoney they will most likely block the money. this loss was necessary so i won't try this s✿✿✿ again.i just wanted to try my luck one time and see if i can get dota 2 items for cheaper :D

    may i ask something from u? in the past where such incidents occurred , did webmoney return the money to the victim? because if they don't i just don't think this worth my time..
