What happened? Description:

I had this user: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198314122367
on my Friends List, I probably added for a trade a long time ago.
Today out of nowhere they tried the "I accidentally reported you to Steam Support, now you have to talk to this person (the account that I'm reporting here) so they can verify your items.
They realized I wouldn't fall for it so immediately unfriended me and tried to hide this account by changing the URL.
I'm not sure if this is enough to report them to be honest, considering we didn't trade anything, but I figured I should try because I would hate to see people losing their items by trusting someone on their Friends List and because they show clear intent for scamming.​

Full Steam chat and profiles of both accounts used. On TOP is the account that I had on my friends list and that linked me to the account on BOTTON, that should be able to "verify" my items (showing account description). They had already unfriended me when I took the SS.

Oh, sorry about that.
I figure I should try to report the account with the higher Steam level, and considering that they tried to hide it from me I imagined it was important for them to keep clean.
Next time I'll do it right, thanks!
