    What happened? Description:
    Today user CALL'ℱℛℛℰ added me for no reason. I didn't know him and he had no mutual friends, but I was thinking he's from trading site, so I accepted. After few days he contacted me. I screenshoted this conversation (call1.png-call4.png). It was very first message from him.

    Then I added "steamadmin" he was talking about. I knew he wasn't real, but I saw he haven't any fraud mark on this site so I done this just to make screenshots. Whole conversation: manny1.png-manny7.png
    He also sent me his "certificate of eligibility" (franroman.jpg)

    As you can see on screenshots, they sent me two videos as proof (2nd one twice).


    I converted them into gif files and uploaded them on this site, 1.gif and 2.gif


    After receiving trade offer (tradeoffer.png) by my public trade offer link I stopped contact.

    I received trade offer from fake Program Item Verify.

    Thanks, will review again soon - nothing else needed at this time and there is no need to post anything more.
    Feel free to review what you have provided and take the time to see what things you can do to prevent running into users like this in the future.
    Do keep in mind you need to make sure you always report the user you were FIRST involved with - not the other way around. It makes things difficult to review.
