    What happened? Description:
    Met this fella through TF2. Did a normal trade with him a long time ago. Suddenly came up to me and told me he accidentally reported me for duped items. Told me that one of his friends got banned because of this. I listened to him and told me to add a supposed "steam admin" (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/id/Steam-Valve032). Looked at his profile on this website. Found out they already were reported before for impersonation. I tried to play this down and ended the discussion. In the end he unfriended me , possibly also blocked. I have no way to contact him outside of steam.​

    It is likely and possible the user you are reporting since you've known them for a while now and based on the typical messages you got - that the user was hijacked or compromised.
    DO you have any other means of communication with that user outside of steam you can use to confirm this?

    ok I will leave report hang a few days to see if they get community banned by valve which will give a good indication if they were hijacked or not or they post here that they recovered it.
    Make sure you've reported both accounts to Valve if you haven't already.
