Remember you report the FIRST user you were involved with not others..you reference others like this in that report in the future..doing so backwards like this caused a delay and slowed down the process.
I'll review it again soon.

Ok I can't confirm anything with the accused however I did address one of the other users.
I'm archiving this report due to the inability to confirm anything here to do with the accused.
