    Accused profile: 76561198260281269

    Victim profile: 76561198041135405

    What happened? Description:
    This guy approached me and wanted to buy my knife.he offered money through paypal. I asked for proof of previous transactions and he provided steam trade history and paypal history. the paypal history activity is fake. he probably altered the values of the page. you can see that as the transcaction history starts on the 24th of November(picture 1) on top and then goes down to 29th of november which is impossible to do in paypal. also he send me 2 paypal payment reports and both have the same transaction ID which is impossible (picture 1 and 4). i know that this might not be enough for a ban, just keep the report in the forums so any other potential traders are aware of the scam attempt.​

    @PawPe Francis While the report seems to be sound with the images, please do not submit if you have any doubt that the report would be accepted just to "keep a report on forums" that isn't right to the accused if the evidence is in anyway or any doubt going to prove guilt in anyway.
    I'll finish reviewing this shortly...please keep that in mind.

    It's fine..now you know to just read other reports and be extra sure.
    The comment you made is why I replied the way I did. We have people just make reports to make them so "there is a report/record" or whatever you have it..but that isn't always fair to the accused.
    Be like someone reporting you for whatever reason.. we don't delete reports if they are declined so I can imagin how upset you would be.
    Still though...I'll finish reviewing soon.
    As I said in the other post..no need to reply again.
