What happened? Description:

This guy was apparently in my friends list, must've added him some time ago to trade and forgot about it . Today he messages me out of nowhere for the first time. They try to scam me via the "i accidentally reported you" method of telling me that I've got an upcoming ban report because my inventory has scammed items. They tell me my account was impersonated and they thought it was me and that I had to add this "steam employee" as they call it and tell them about their mistake. That's basically it, besides me trolling them at the end a little bit. I don't want this person to be able to possibly scam someone else in the future.​

Sorry about that, slipped my mind to include the other person, first post sorry. I blocked and reported the first person, adding info about the person they wanted me to add now, which I didn't because I didn't want to risk anything.

I haven't reported or blocked this user yet as it totally slipped my mind to do that. About the hijacking, that would make sense yeah, didn't even think about that, considering they had over 1.7k hours on TF2, I don't know why they would then risk being banned on that account. But yeah hopefully that's what you needed, any more info you need, I'll try and get to you asap. I went to bed immediately after I filed my report sorry bout that.
