    What happened? Description:
    Following up on https://forums.steamrep.com/threads...ke-global-offensive-items.199933/#post-545211 pretty much got him dead to rights. he admitted he was trying to scam me at it was not a problem with his bank. (will reupload all screenshots if necessary but they are already present in the previous thread)​

    In the future - keep in mind that the previous attempt was Declined properly because you did not have any sort of confession but that an issue with payment isn't unheard of.
    I will review this later but in the future you need to present everything up front when every ounce of communication is completed vs wait till you get more then make another report.

    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
