I added him under the premise of selling him buds for 35$ (obviously well over market price) and linked to my SourceOp rep asking him to go first. He refused and added me to a chat with his friend who had no rep. Obviously I wasn't giving my buds to a stranger so I made a new chat with Suttles (Outpost mod) in it and asked him to MM knowing the guy would refuse. He refused even though Suttles is an outpost mod.
