Some one probably uses stolen account with good rep to "buy" unusuals. http://steamcommunity.com/id/gtfo_avenger/ he has a good rep, but his bp activity is suspicious. he wasn't online few weeks, and suddenly he recieves a lot of unusuals today. I decided to check and added some previous owners of hats. They said they were decieved and lost their unusuals. I'm happy that I saved mine but what about others.
