Cloudy Moon Veil for 1 bud? Hmm.. I took a closer look and saw that he tried to trick me into buying a normal Veil. When in trade I asked him what effect the Veil was and that's when he said the effect dissapeared (LOL). Then he closed trade and removed me from his friends list. He did not scam me, but if I did not pay close attention he easily could have.
