    Description:
My friend(Victim) was selling a B.M.O.C on TF2Outpost(http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1344132) for Real World Money and got added by what seemed like a nice guy. They then had a little conversation(1st screenshot).

The scammer claimed this: http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=104523 as his SourceOP page and my friend(victim) made the mistake of not looking carefully at his steamID which didn't match after later looking at the screenshots. The scammers steamID at the time was: http://steamcommunity.com/id/realmutha so it was almost a match to the guy who actually created the SourceOP page which is: http://steamcommunity.com/id/realmuthaf.

Since everything looked good, my friend offered to go first by trading the guy(scammer) his B.M.O.C. They did the trade and the guy(scammer) never sent the money($16) to my friend(victim). 3rd screenshot is of my friends paypal without the payment.

The scammer then transfered the item to another account and then put it up for sale on TF2Outpost for 9 keys to make a quick profit(http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1350307). I(friend of victim) found the trade and knew it was my friends stolen B.M.O.C by matching the OriginalID on the hat and by checking its history. I then decided to add the scammer to try to talk to him and this was the conversation: http://gyazo.com/649b37902989a1d41dca0782934fc1e8 he then invited me to trade(http://gyazo.com/60476f69b01392c77e7882c8820cf701) and tried selling me another B.M.O.C for 9 keys. When I said I'm not gonna buy it he then canceled the trade and blocked me.

The scammer has been banned from TF2Outpost but the admin told me that I should also report him here so that is what I did.
