Well, Yes I am reporting the AcesGamer. Why? Because one night I just was just hanging out with my bud T-Virus and we were chilling in his server and all of these well known traders from MT (penguin and canadian) and AcesGamer joins who NEVER come to server so we get pretty paranoid. We kicked everyone out except me and my friend Kami and of course T-Virus to talk. Then AcesGamer adds me with this conversation we had.​

How I was scared out of my mind here. I did not know a thing what was going on. I did think I know but I knew niether Aces or I could justify anything. I WOULD talk to the guys at MCT but never tried but should try now. Now at first he is threatening to ban me on steam rep and guess what NOT ONE BAN OR CAUTION! Thanks for threatening me Aces and scaring me . And personal ban? I have not yet been banned or added like this from an admin from MCT at all about me banned from MCT and there should be no reason why I should be banned. Absoulutley have no clue what's going on here and rather have a clean reputation of trading instead of being threatened like this. So yeah.... WHAT IS HAPPENNING!?!?!

I don't understand this report.

You insulted me and other SteamRep admins after the MCT admins and myself were kicked from the server for whatever reason. I then told you that you'd be banned from AF2, MCT and whatever for inappropriate behavior and collaborating with a scammer. Never once in that conversation did I ever mention the word "tagged", you just invented those things in your head.

As for MCT, talk to penguin, I'm sure he'd be more than delighted to deal with you himself.

Finally, this is not a scam or anything related, and rest assured that you're nice and perma'd from AF2.

I've reviewed this case and it appears no scam has taken place here. A scam is defined by SteamRep as follows:
SCAMMER - You were found to be guilty of one or many of the following:

1. Trading with known scammers (see below)
2. Charge-back or Reversal
3. Quick-switching items
4. Receiving the item and not paying
5. Providing or soliciting fake reputation claims ("fake rep")
6. Using fake middleman
7. Impersonating and acting as an Imposter
8. Spycrabbing and then not paying
9. Accomplice to a scammer (Ignorance is not an excuse)
10. Brokering (selling on behalf of) scammers and scammed items
11. Hijacking or hacking other traders
12. Alternate account of a tagged scammer
13. Anything that is deemed as deceptive or fraudulent activity by SteamRep admins

As none of these offenses occurred, no scam took place. I will assure you, however, that we do take these reports very seriously and I give each careful consideration. Thank you for the report.
