As it says above, I was wondering if there was anywhere to "report" (although "bring to attention" is probably a better phrase) users acting in a suspicious manner? This is not to get them marked as a scammer, because obviously they haven't done anything wrong yet, but just to serve as a warning to be extra careful when dealing with them?

If this isn't a thing, perhaps it could be made? All the normal scam reporting format applies (ie having hard evidence), and possibly a "be careful" tag or something on SR?

Many times individuals submit reports, knowing they don't have enough evidence to warrant a scammer tag, but if the evidence supports it, a Caution tag can be applied on the user by the SR staff.

It also counts when a admins is investigating someone due a later report. If more of those come forward, it lends credibility to them.
