Improper Format RomasPogo

I need your guys help to get this guy banned. His name is RomasPogo. Here a link to his Profile http://steamcommunity.com/id/RomasPogo . He scammed me and my friends tf2 items in worth of them all together they are 11 keys worth. He gave us for that minecraft accounts. Everything was at the beginning fine they were working and were having fun. But after a week the accounts stopped working. Me and my friends tried talking to him to find something that we can do. But he went offline for all of us so we cant send him messages. Before he went offline for us i talked to him. He said he "lost" our items so he cant give us them back. Then he didnt write anything he went offline and we cant talk to him. I searched for information and i found his youtube channel. There i found videos of minecraft were he was using the accounts that we cannot use anymore. So please you all SteamCommunity user help me get him banned.
