    Was offering a trade on tf2outpost, selling weapons for a scrap. link to said trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/635659

    user: Butnicel added me on steam and requested a trade for 12 weapons for a ref on team fortress 2, since he is bulk buying i initiall agreed, he began by asking for weapons that were above the the said price he was offering. i then declined the trade. i then asked if he wanted to trade some hats, and once again he offered at outrageously low prices. i then asked if i can trade him something of mine for his degreaser and he asked for an offer which was priced at least ten times it's worth. Butnicel then proceeded to post a " minus rep" comment on my profile.

    such behaviour should not be tolerated, and here is more proof of such said behaviour:
