Description:
Ok, so i had bought a burning pyro beanie on the 29th of November at 7:33am for: an un-craftable fast learner, vintage vintage tyrolean, vintage ye old baker boy, vintage pyro beanie, 2 earbuds and a circleing hearts beanie, i WAS friends with Revy (now Natsu) and we were friends for a long time, we bought each games and in-game currency on and off steam, he has let me wear/use/post his hats and vise verser. I was planning to sell my hat for 5 buds and had promised revy 1 bud out of it. It was taking a long time, so he said he tried to help me sell it, he said he was gonna post a rare item as the picture on tf2 outpost so i said "just use my hat", he did so and then offerd to go on pink taco and try and sell it for me, he then took this opputunity to take my hat and sell it without my consolidation, i then contated the person he sold it to and i explained everything to him, he got in conact with hit and i offerd revy multiple times to negotiate and not take it this far, but he said to take it to here and gave the guy who had my hat false accusations that i had scammed people to get my hat, Revy also admitted to keeping my hat for false/invalid reasons. I bought a Burning beanie on Dec 28th 10:27pm on a gamersUN server for 3 buds and a bubbles AA from Natsu (then Revy - http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198050819819). I checked his steam rep and he was clean.

I was then contacted by the OP stating that he was previous friends with the accused and that he had lent the afformentioned hat to him. He claimed that the accused had then blockedhim and sold the hat to me, indicitive of a hacked account. I sggested a waiting period to see if the scammer was indeed hacked and allow a petition to play out. It did not, and i made a post on Outpost (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7570203) to try and encourage the accused to add me. He did. After multiple discussions with both parties I suggested (and both agreed) to take it to steamrep too decide.

The whole conversation is rather convoluted but unfortunately full reading is required for context reasons. I might add some of my comments were improvised in order to extract the truth.
