Improper Format Scammed By Fake Game Trade.

Hello, I was recently trading with another steam user by the name of "LegendaryMooseOfVictory"

He was offering me steam money, But as a game transfer. He was offering to buy me games that I would select off the store up to $90.00 USD.
He then proposed he would raise the limit to $225.00 USD, If I traded him another one of my unusuals at that moment in time.
I was under the impression that he would not scam me and would be trust worthy, As he stated in our trade.
