Improper Format Scammed by most of my BP

So earlier today some dude called ★UP | Epic Man ︻デ═一 offered me assassins creed 3 for some tf2 stuff
so i said yes.
he so told that he could not send them as a gift because he`s steam was bugged and he needed to know my password to login on my account and place the games there.
Then im later logged in myself and looked in my backpack almost all of my tf2 items was missing and i had no new games.

so please help me get this stupid scammer.
