Declined Scammed by +Trade :(

Hi there, I've been scammed by him.. he told me, he had a Arma II Combined Operations Key for steam.. I sent him the 22 dollars.. and he blocked me.. I'm very upset.. I now am hoping on getting a claim. ;( please help.
Transaction #5N5208892L472190L is the id for paypal.. its now in a claim, to where he has to reply within 10 days.

Maybe if you post there you can get somebody to give you back your money, from what I checked they aren't scammers so maybe this was a one-man f✿✿✿ up. I know its in spanish so do what you can I guess (Post in spanish).

I posted this thread for you over there already to see if they explain somehow what happened.

I've gotten my money back from the claim. He didn't respond on time. So that's good. He scammed me obviously. So i believe he was on probation. Which he broke it. Should be trade banned?

Also my messages in that facebook site were deleted and I was blocked (Even tho I got a message form somebody else from that site saying he didn't know what was happening). I can totally confirm that the guy is indeed a known scammer (He has other alt accounts he use for the deals over there and has tons of games, most likely gotten via scamming)

Can you provide a screenshot of your trade history to verify non-receipt of the game?
