Improper Format Scammed by TraktorNalle & koorvmannen

It went as following.

I talked to TraktorNalle because he was intrested in buying my Unusual bonk helm.
He offered me $160 dollars for it but didn't want to go first.

So I trusted him and went first, This is the stupidest thing I have ever done.
After I send him the item, He directly went offline.

after this Koorvmannen sends me a friend request and started talking to me, saying he would try to get my item back, He has the item and now he is trying to let me buy the item back.
I think that koorvmannen & TraktorNalle are, 1 : the same person or 2 : They are scamming together.

I really want this item back.
