Improper Format scammed out of a bootlegger,got 2 dirties in return

i didnt read the message that said this item is not usable in crafting..the player who scammed me is "forced nature" no caps in the name,thank you,and please get my bootlegger back,the 2 items i got was 2 dirty rocket jumpers.
