Declined Scammed out of my Bill's hat, Surgeons Stalhelm and Toss-Proof towel

I trade a guy named: [L.O.S.S]danieljiang2011, I give him my offer, of BMOC and Uncraft flip flops, he says no, I add a bill's hat, he says no I add stalhelm and towel, then he finally says yes. I trade with him, find out It's a duped max's head. I checked the history of owners on TF2outpost.com It only shows him and me, His being the first name I assumed he duplicated it himself. I try to retrade him, he says no refunds I beg him, He says Will do it for BMOC and 12 keys, I was angered by this I traded baxk after asking him to return the Bills hat, Toss proof towel and Stalhelm He says no and that he could benefit from it instead of giving it back to me. And now I have no bill's Hat , No Surgeons Stalhelm and no Toss proof towel. If someone could mark this person as a scammer, That would be most appreciated. Link to his profile Below

it's not a scam. it's your own stupidity. you shouldn't have traded back. a duped max = clean max = 2 buds.

Scam is really overused.
When you trade think before you do so dont just be the guy who trades , realises he lost something and starts doing a fuss about it.

Improper format, and SR does not mark for trades of that sort.
