Improper Format Scammed out of my gift wrap

This player ( http://steamrep.com/?id=76561198062769164 ) Scammed me out of my Gift Wrap saying he would wrap his summer shades and give them to me. Screenshot of chat http://i.imgur.com/IlJL9.png The outpost trade where he most likely scammed several others http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5556348 After the trade he deleted and blocked me, have reason to believe this is also an alt account.

There ( http://i.imgur.com/MgPIE.png) The thing is this is only an alt account, I think this is his main account (itt's the account that gifted the alt the shades) (http://steamcommunity.com/id/kubson/) but I don't have enough proof yet, when I get proof I hope you'll be able to ban him too.
