Description: he agreed to make a trade, his bundle for my 25 steam trading cards. As you can see in the screenshot, he clearly says he is going to trade and accepts it. I get the 25 cards, and when I talk back to him to complete the trade, he suddenly changed his mind and doesnt want to do the trade. He says it is some kind of problem, but considering he did a succesful trade 5 hours ago, I didn't believe him at all.

Your description is kinda odd. The chat-timestamps are missing, so its hard to tell what time has passed within the conversation. As far as i understood, you bought the 25 trading cards to trade it for the bundle.
Before you started the trade, the seller wrote you, that he is having problems with his bundle and isnt able to trade the bundle.
You did not trade any items/crads with him.
He rejected to start trading for a replicable reason; a notice from the customerservice.
I dont think he intentionally let you buy the cards, just to fool you or to have any kind of advantage out of that.
You are still able to use ur cards for other trades or sell them on the market. So, imho this isnt a scam and the guy aint a scammer.

@ Killuminati: after he said 'okay', he accepted the trade and bought the cards, after that he started talking about his 'problem'.

Now, after I gave him negative rep on steamtrades.com, he made 5 friends to also spam me with negative rep (this has nothing to do with steamrep, but it shows that he really wanted to damage me)
