Accepted Scammer Accusation

Hey, I checked my steamrep and saw the I was put as a SR Scammer.
Below that it gave me this link:

DESC said Scammed Unusual.
I find that confusing because I was the victim and the Scammer is still on my friends list with no Scammer Tag even though it was accepted.
Now, Just for some clarification, I was the one who posted the trade, I was the one who got banned.
I am confused on why I was banned.
