I understand now that he is indeed a scammer. However, I've not bought his hat, and don't plan to, and I've now deleted him from my friends list. Whether this means I'm marked as cautioned or not, I don't care. I only now learnt of his alt account, and I'm happy to answer all questions regarding this. I just hope this is enough.
