Improper Format Scammer Alt ( Glitche )

Glitche was a friend of my which has scammed someone named WeeGeeXD of a gift wrap scam. It was a lugermorph + giftwrap trade. Unfortunately, I was considered the alt of the account because I guess we played together? or used the same network. I'll like to say that that account isn't my and the items I got from it was because he quitted tf2 and I didn't realize he scammed them. I'll see what I can do in terms of proof.

I was the one scammed in the incident he is talking about http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/7561198050300666-moonshatter.13057/#post-43468 But i can confirm that Rumble added me and he said he will compensate for the items that i lost. He is ok to appeal.

Since, it was only a gift wrap scam, and not a serious one like paypal scams, will charges be dropped?
