Hi there, sorry for your loss. You will need to provide some evidence to back up your claims.
It may be advantageous to show a screenshot of your BP history showing where you gave the buds away, and a screenshot of your Paypal history (after removing personal details) to show the lack of payment. If you have it, some proof of your agreement to trade would also benefit this report, for example, a screenshot of chat between you.
