User still has gift wrap in his inventory.

I am very new to this system. Please let me know if I did anything wrong. I just linked my steam account with this to help a guy out.

And once again I'm sorry for re-posting again..... The user scammed gift wrap when trying to trade for "Summer Shades"

First at all, you have to provide some proof, like screenshots of your trade history or the
chat window. You also have to provide some extra informations, of what happend exactly!
