This screen shot was the one I emailed him with the key to Just Cause. It showed part of our chat conversation.

I can provide a copy of my email I sent to him upon request. I also saved our chat conversation on word file.

Description: Holla Holla was looking to trade TF2 items for game in the Team Fortress 2 chat room. You can see him on top of one of the screen captures asking for games. You can also see him showing Taira a couple of times on the chat. I messaged him to check my profile to see if he would be interested in trading for one of my games. He said he is interested in my Just Cause game. I message my proposal to trade my game for his
Haunted Tiara + Strange DiamondBack + Strange Brass + Strange Tomi, and he said ok. I said I can send him the code to activate then we can trade. He agreed but said he need to log into another account. He return with Niкiтo$ -�๑�- AGAIN. He activated the game and log off for an hour. He returned with Holla Holla and said he promised the Haunted Taira to his friend so he can no longer trade that item to me. He asked me to choose a lesser item instead. I refused to take any items sensing a scam, which was too late by that time. I said I was going to report him, but he just laugh. You can see more detail on the transcript I saved.
I understand that trading in game key may not be in the scope of the investigation, but my game key is included in the screen shot. I think you can verify that Niкiтo$ -�๑�- AGAIN used the same key to activate the Just Cause game which is now in his game inventory.

I learned my lesson the hard way. I don't think I will get anything back, but by submit this report I hope the scammer's new account can be marked as well to warn others.
