    As JackLewis said above, you must conform to the proper report format in the link he provided. Simply saying "HE SCAMMED ME" in big bold lettering without any evidence will result in the report being invalidated. You also have to provide links to the alleged scammer's profile to ensure it's the correct person; all of the people with the username 'sneaky | bacon' I found have not had 'Dr. Horrible' as a previous alias, and there are about 150 users called 'Dr. Horrible'.
