Invalid Scammer report

Hi
I`ve been given a Scammer tag and would like to appeal against it.

I purchased a pair of Earbuds about a week ago for 21 keys (You can check my history or the items history)and sold them yesterday for 22 keys, and have now been given a scammer tag?,He said the Earbuds were Gifted,
I`ve been trading hats for about two years and other than (clean/dirty) gifted dose not matter, if it did i wouldn`t have paid 21 keys myself

All I`ve done is normal trading as far as i can make out.
