Improper Format Scammer-The sniper ︻デ═一

This person has used his position in a giveaway group to get Free+Fake rep.
He posted an announcement saying that the 150th person to post +rep wll get 2 refined metal free.
He has gotten alot of fake rep and on his profile he says that the rep is used for money/paypal trading.
He might attempt to use this Fake rep to scam others.
