I dont know how, but probably he hijacked and edited the first post with his new account Steam ID. Its strange that the account was created today and he never played any game. I added his suppose "Primary account" and he deleted me. Of course, no body accepted my invite. I think he is a scammer with a new strategy...
There is the possibility that he actually IS an alt account instead of an impersonator. It's highly unlikely his sourceop would be hacked as opposed to his steam account
That guy is a fake. I am the real Nommas. I only just found out about this guy today. I do not have a sourceop account, and I have no rep thread. I have several hundred hours of TF2 and I have many more items. That guy is a fake. One thing you might note is that he has stolen one of my friends profile descriptions and under "List of amazing people" you will notice my name. Well, either I'm very full of myself or this is not my description. Can we get this guy banned or something? I don't want him making me look bad and putting me at risk.
Just took these screenshots of me talking to the OP of this thread, and the guy pretending to be me. http://imgur.com/a/OKh6y I hope my movie references are noticed ;D
Looks like he is on a scamming spree. TRADERS: watch out for the fake source op URL: http://forums-sourceop.com. There should be no hyphen in the url, and should look like this: forums.sourceop.com
Based on the Whois information for the fake domain name, the site was actually created today: http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=forums-sourceop.com&prog_id=GoDaddy The scammer is based in Turkey and is registered under the email address [email protected]. I have a feeling we will be seeing quite a bit of these scams using this domain name...
Well he's now been marked as a scammer so if you click the steamrep link on his sourceop thread it shows him to be a scammer.
User has already been marked for using the fake SOP site. Archiving the thread as no new action needs to be taken.
