Description:
He added and contacted me asking me if i wanted to be in a movie, then said there would be 2 movies, 1st movie would be about a "funny" trade and the second would be an hour streaming movie. Of course i didn't believe him any second but i kept chatting with him to get concrete proofs so i could report him. He asked for my tf2 keys and wanted some of my "precious" items.

Hello, there's no definite evidence that his intention was scamming, as it could be easily a video.

I'd have to reject this due to lack of evidence.
