Improper Format Scammer

    Hello,
    I would like to report a scamer. He's name is Twisted Firestarter. Here is his ID: 76561197982818198. I was selling a clean dropped Toss-Troof Towel.This guy added me and said he will offer another CLEAN DROPPED one and painted and also the same level. I trought this was a good deal and I went for it. When I checked it again I saw that it has a craft number on it. I was mad, I went to talk to the guy and I asked him to give it back and I will give some sweets for it and the Towel he gaved me. Then he not only refused to give it back to me, he keept talking about it doesn't matter to him that its crafted or not... long story short I will link the chat what he said. Thats what I wanted to say.
