I have this person on my friends list. All of a sudden, he sends me a trade. Then, he sends a message begging for free hats. My PC closed the chat window on those messages.

There are no screenshots because I have no idea how to do that.

At the top of your keyboard, there should be a string of keys (F1-F12). Next to the F12 key, there should be a key labeled "Print Screen SysRq". Press that when you have the chat window, or whatever you want to screencap open. Once you do that, open up microsoft paint, or any image creating program and press Ctrl+V. That should paste your screencap onto the program. After that, save the image and upload it to a image hosting website such as imgur or photobucket. Once all that is done, you can link the images from there to your scam report.
