This person scammed me and other people for a festive strange bat on tf2. He stole hats and refined metal, his name is Cpt.Quagmire he scammed half of the server by using a raffle when there was no admin on tf2.
when there is no victim and no offender and no evidence, the admins cant do anything. add info so you have a chance of catching this guy
