Improper Format Scamming attempt!

Hello all! I 'm looking to buy Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 for TF2 keys, and this guy shows up:http://steamcommunity.com/id/Matias5G/

He said that he will buy the game for me IF I pay him first, which obviously sounds like a scam since you can trade TF2 items and Steam games at the same time. Here's a screenshot about our chat: http://i.imgur.com/AP9b0um.jpg
