Invalid Scootaloo not a scammer at all.

This is a friend's account, and it has almost never been used. Remilia reported it for scamming with a phising link, while the image provided is wrong (the avatar has never been changed, the background on his picture is white, while the real one is purple/orange, also no TM on the name, it had always this name.), it has no games and can't add anyone nor start conversations.
Although it doesn't really affect my friend, it could affect some people who trade and use steamrep with a pointless scammer friend.
