    Valve server sharker/f2p scammer. Was constantly advertising 'buying crate 30, 40 etc'.

    Ask him for an offer (actin like i had one to see if he was indeed sharking)

    These are, apart from the ones that steal your paypal cash, the worst kind of scammers. Taking valueables off f2p people who don't know values, not to mention trying to lie to them about the value.
