Should i report already banned steamrep member?

    To clarify, I believe you mean "report an already banned user on Steamrep."


    To answer your question it never hurts to make a new report for a scam attempt for someone already marked. It has a few benefits:

    • If the tag was from a partner, SR may apply their own tag in addition
    • If the scammers ever appeals this scam will be used as evidence in the appeal process

    Yes, you should. The reports themselves will stay at pending for the foreseeable future, but before any appeal can be considered, all reports must be reviewed. It may not look like they make any kind of difference, but your reports will help the appeals admin to decide if the appellant/scammer is truly "reformed", or if they're lying about something. Which will, of course, affect the outcome of their only chance to appeal and have the tag removed.
