I am certain that Penguin or one of his admins will resolve this ASAP and to your satisfaction. He did notify myself and several others that he was going on vacation and would be away. However, we are taking this report very seriously. I am going to forward this to TF2 Shop staff and mark this as under investigation so that we may take appropriate action if this is not resolved. *Edit- I have spoken to a staff member and you will be refunded. They will be unable to trade you the items. Please be patient.
If you check the profile of N!T on SteamRep you see he is banned for Scammer Alts. The reason the order was voided was because Tf2shop.net doesn't trade with accounts that are listed as scammers on SteamRep. (http://tf2shop.net/tos, section 10.) If I am wrong please let me know.
That should be enough right there to explain why your order was voided. We use the Steamrep plugin, and anyone with a marked profile has their order put on hold and refunded when an admin sees it. It says clearly on multiple places on my profile that my personal steam account is not to be used for customer support. I used to do this, and I would get 80 friend requests per day, taking a huge amount of time out of my day. That being said, I've sent this to an admin, and due to your scammer mark, your order will be cancelled and you'll be refunded. Post back here in a day if you haven't been.
