Description: This fellow added me up asking to pay cash for my Burning Flames Big elfin deal. As previously dealing with sharks like this, this has been the first time taking action to one. I saw his account wasn't already marked on steamrep therefore I decided to do something. He asked to buy my hat for paypal cash and I gave him a unreasonable price. After reading what he thought, I'd went on to give him a dummy email address. He did proceed after two attempts on the invalid email address. He told me his part of the deal was done and asked for a trade. I then proceeded to point out to him nothing was going to happen and he exposed himself. At the time I thought he was russian so the dummy messages should have 0 racist intent.

tl;dr This guy attempts to paypal scam, fails hard.

Edit: He added me once again to possibly talk something out, however all he is full of is excuses and broken English. Can post pictures of the chat if requested.
