So i was banned from UHC 4 years ago, I don't know why and I can't do anything?

So i used to play TF2 a lot, but i quit a couple years ago. Now i started playing CS and noticed I'm banned from CSGO lounge because of steam rep ban. I can't appeal the ban because of the site being gone, what should i do? TBH i don't even remember why I got banned.

Actually hold off on the appeal. We are currently reworkingoing the last details for a new policy change that will affect defunct communities. We had it ready but are making last minute revisions based off of partner community feedback.
